Loved the hotel's location, being in a quiet area but still close to the city center. The rooms were comfy and had a great balcony to enjoy the city view, although noise from neighbors could be bothersome at times. The staff was mostly helpful, though a slight misstep upon our meal arrival. The dining options were good but would benefit from an early start. Overall, a value-for-money stay with great amenities and easy access to the main attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a fantastic view with a balcony overlooking Cusco's rooftops. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially considering I was traveling with kids. The rooms were both clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable.
